About Saad Hallak
Thank you for visiting my San Diego Real Estate website! I have been a resident of El Cajon, CA since 1981. I attended, Vista Grande Elementary, Montgomery Middle School, Valhalla High School (Class of '97!), and attended Cuyamaca & Grossmont Colleges on and off over the years. I have been in and around businesses most of my life. My family (5 Brothers, 2 Sisters) migrated to El Cajon in 1981 from Baghdad, Iraq. In 1984 my family purchased a convenience store in Southeast San Diego, we owned and operated that particular store from 1984-1997. In 1990 my family purchased another convenience store in El Cajon.
 
In 1999, I was ready to explore my own business ventures. I opened a Check Cashing/Payday Loan store in El Cajon, which I operated for seven years. Owning your own business is not an easy task. Although it was a small business, I handled day to day operations, accounting, employees, and client services. My #1 goal was to build relationships with all my clients. Each client had a different personality that I would have to learn to adapt to.
 
I have been a Realtor in San Diego since 2007. I started my career with a small brokerage. In 2009, I joined Prudential California Realty-East County. Prudential has the resources to place our clients in a great position to buy and sell homes in San Diego. I have worked hard to earn special designations to provide a higher level of service to my clients, such as, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Notary, and e-PRO.  If you or anyone you know is thinking of buying or selling a home, please email or call me anytime.
