About Saad Hallak
I have been a resident of El Cajon since 1981. I attended Vista Grande Elementary, Montgomery Middle School, Valhalla High School (Class of '97!).
 
In 1999, I was ready to explore my own business ventures. I opened a Check Cashing/Payday Loan store in El Cajon, which I operated for seven years. Owning your own business is not an easy task. Although it was a small business, I handled day to day operations, accounting, employees, and client services. My #1 goal was to build relationships with all my clients.
 
I have been a Realtor in San Diego since 2006. I started my career with a small brokerage. In 2009, I joined Prudential California Realty-East County. My main goal was to become a real estate broker and open my own office. I successfully reached my goal in 2011. Premier Realty & Investments is a small firm that focuses on building strong relationships and trust with buyers, sellers, and investors.
